How do we choose between the 90-day program and ongoing advisory?
The 90-Day Program is hands-on execution and advisory combined. We build your GTM foundation from scratch: validate your ICP, run live channel tests, create conversion assets, and set up your CRM and reporting. You get both strategy and implementation.
Ongoing Advisory is pure strategic guidance for teams who already have execution capacity. If you have a marketing manager or a founder who can do the work but needs a senior GTM expert to vet the strategy, review data, and unblock challenges, this is the better fit.
Most clients start with the 90-Day Program to build the foundation, then transition to Advisory once their team can execute independently.
Do you work with pre-revenue companies, or is some commercial validation expected?
We work best with B2B SaaS companies that have initial product-market fit: at least 10-15 customers, some recurring revenue, and enough closed deals to build a point of view on your ideal customers.
