How We Drove a 178% Demo Increase for an AI Project Mgt Platform

This UK-based B2B SaaS helps product teams plan OKRs, build roadmaps, and track execution through AI-powered reporting integrated with Jira and Slack.
“What stood out most was how much more productive our sales conversations became. Prospects arrived at demos having already read the comparison pages, reviewed the ROI breakdowns, and understood where we fit. Sales calls shifted into implementation discussions instead of discovery, cutting about three weeks off our cycle.”
Allyson, Founder
Context:
The leadership team sought to move beyond vanity traffic toward qualified pipeline generation. Homepage conversions were stalled at 1.8%, existing content competed against itself in search results, and there was a clear gap in buyer enablement assets that help prospects evaluate and champion an internal switch.
Our solution:
We restructured fragmented content into focused topic clusters targeting specific buyer questions, reframed homepage messaging around tangible outcomes, and developed assets informed by sales call insights, helping prospects self-educate and qualify before engagement.
Key outcomes:
  • 178% increase in monthly demo signups (from 23 to 64 per month)
  • 62% improvement in trial-to-paid conversion (from 12% to 19%)
  • 134% growth in qualified organic traffic
  • 38% reduction in customer acquisition cost
  • Sales cycle dropped from 87 days to 64 days

Content-to-Sales Alignment: How each piece of content maps to common deal blockers and sales conversations.
90-Day Editorial Calendar: Specific topics, formats, and publishing schedule, prioritised by deal velocity and conversion goals.
02

High-Intent Content Production System

With strategy set, we move to execution: every asset aligned to pipeline contribution, sales cycle compression, and win rates, optimised for discoverability across search engines and LLMs.

WHAT YOU GET
Execution-Ready Briefs: Each piece scoped against ICP pains, competitive intel, and deal-stage triggers before production begins.
Buyer Enablement Suite: Comparisons, use cases, ROI proof, buyer guides, everything needed to dominate search and LLMs.
Search + AI Optimisation Layer: End-to-end optimisation ensuring visibility across search engines and AI-assisted discovery.
03

Content Distribution & Sales Enablement

We execute deployment across channels: search, LinkedIn, and email on a defined cadence, while your sales team gets trained on exactly where each piece fits in conversations and deal progression.

WHAT YOU GET
Repurposing Engine Buildout: Frameworks for breaking each piece into LinkedIn posts, email snippets, and enablement collateral.
Sales Enablement Kits: Use case decks, differentiation guides, and ROI tools reps can use to start conversations and advance stalled deals.

Questions We Get Before Engagement

marker

How do you decide whether we’re a better fit for full management or advisory?
It depends on where the constraint sits. Advisory is built for teams with internal capacity but a missing link in strategy: you need someone to validate direction, identify why content isn’t influencing pipeline, and build the attribution systems you don’t have bandwidth for.
Full management addresses an execution gap. If content’s been backburnered for two quarters because product and growth own all your resources, or you’ve churned through contractors who couldn’t grasp the product depth, we take the entire production burden off your plate. Most clients arrive here: they know what quality looks like, they just can’t staff it consistently.
How is this different from hiring an in-house content marketer?
An in-house content marketer takes 2-3 months to hire, then another month or so before they’re fully ramped on your product, pricing, and buyer context. With us, you get a complete content function from day one: senior strategy, production capacity, distribution execution, and sales enablement, operating at the level of a content director but with the output of a full team.
And when priorities shift, there’s no HR complexity. You scale up, down, or off without the cost and friction of restructuring headcount.
Our product’s deeply technical, how do you write about it in a way that still drives pipeline?
Most technical products get written about in one of two broken ways: either dumbed down to the point of sounding generic (“streamline your workflow!”), or so feature-heavy that buying committees can’t extract the business case.
Our process avoids that completely:
  • Deep product immersion upfront: We sit in on your demos, dissect workflows, and dig into actual customer usage. If your PM says “the value is in how we sync Jira epics with OKR cycles,” we know how to turn that into buyer language without flattening the nuance.
  • Tight feedback loops with your experts: Senior ICs and product leaders are invited into the brief → draft review loop; they correct nuance, we keep everything readable and aligned with search/LLM behaviour. Over time, we log every “this is how we actually explain it to customers” moment and feed that back into future briefs and into the custom GPTs we use on your account.
End result: content that passes the engineer sniff test and still gets a busy VP, Founder, or C-suite to think “finally, someone who actually understands what we’re dealing with.”
Is the £5,500/month pricing for End-to-End fixed, or is there flexibility based on scope?
The £5,500/month varies based on scope, but it’s the minimum for the level of output needed to move MRR in a 3–6 month window, usually 4–5 strategic assets plus distribution and repurposing. Dropping below that tends to dilute the results, which is why we don’t offer lighter scopes for this service.
However, for enterprise clients with aggressive growth targets who need higher volume (e.g., 10+ assets/mo or multi-region support), we build custom scopes starting above that baseline.
If budget’s tight, you can start with Advisory or a Growth Sprint (Topical Authority, Sales Enablement), they’re high-ROI projects that give you immediate commercial impact. Then scale into End-to-End once you’ve got budget headroom and can commit to the full system.
Can we start with Advisory and upgrade to End-to-End later?
Yes, absolutely. This is a common path for most B2B SaaS startups.
You can start with Advisory first, especially if budgets are tight or priorities keep shifting week to week. It gives you the clarity and structure you need: sharper messaging, a focused content roadmap, and clear editorial priorities, without committing to full production yet.
Then when pipeline starts moving, we can easily switch you to the End-to-End retainer. Because we’ve already done the strategic heavy lifting, we can ramp up production immediately.
The only constraint: if you plan to upgrade within 60 days, it’s usually more efficient to start End-to-End. The 3-month minimum exists to get through immersion, production, and early distribution cycles. Starting Advisory then upgrading 30 days later just delays momentum.
What happens after the initial 3-month minimum commitment period?
After 3 months, you’ve gone through at least one full immersion → production → distribution → optimisation cycle, so we know what’s working, what isn’t, and where your pipeline is actually being influenced.
From there, most clients extend because the system’s working and they want to scale it, either by expanding into new content clusters or layering in more distribution channels.
We do ask for 30 days’ notice before ending the retainer, not to lock you in, but because we’re usually mid-production on 2–3 assets at any given time. The notice period lets us finish in-flight work, hand over templates and documentation, and ensure there’s no gap in your content calendar.
Can we pause the monthly retainer if needed, or switch between packages?
Yes to both, but with some practical guardrails.
  • Pausing: This makes sense if you’re mid-fundraise and cash is tight, going through a pricing/positioning overhaul, or dealing with an internal reshuffle that’s frozen all marketing spend. When you’re ready to restart, we pick up where we left off.
  • Switching packages: You can move between End-to-End and Advisory anytime with 30 days’ notice. The most common switch is End-to-End → Advisory when you’ve built enough internal capacity and only need strategic direction.
That said, we usually recommend Advisory rather than stopping entirely. Going dark for months tells search engines you’ve abandoned the site, and clawing back that momentum can take 8–12 weeks. Advisory keeps strategic oversight and some production moving at a lower burn rate, so you don’t lose the ground you’ve gained.
