Every GrowUp engagement starts with a one-week diagnostic. We use what we find to recommend the right ongoing package, whether that’s a focused sprint or a full-scale program.
STEP 01 / CONTAINED DIAGNOSTIC
One week of focused analysis across your SEO, content and conversion performance. We identify what’s working, where growth is being lost, and what to prioritise over the next six months, with the findings presented in a 1 hour call.
I’ve been in growth roles for eight years, so I know when an agency’s just running through a template. This wasn’t that. GrowUp looked at our full motion: organic performance, messaging, trial experience, and showed how they were undermining each other. That clarity alone gave us the most actionable growth roadmap we’ve had in years.
The audit gives us a clear view of where the biggest opportunities are and what it will take to pursue them. From there, we shape the right level of ongoing support. Here’s what that typically looks like:
Validate your organic acquisition channels by ranking for core, high-intent product terms.
Best for Early Stage SaaS / Series AScale content production and secure high-authority backlinks to rank for competitive keywords.
Best for Scale-UpsCapture majority search share and shorten sales cycles with dedicated buyer enablement assets.
Best for Advanced Scale-Ups / EnterpriseLaunch a multi-channel engine aligning paid acquisition, organic scale, and CRM attribution.
Best for Enterprise / High-Stakes GTM Teams
Muiz wrote me the best SEO report I’ve ever seen. It was clear, commercially grounded, and incredibly easy to act on. Nothing felt like SEO for SEO’s sake. Every point had a reason behind it.
Muiz is an excellent follow on LinkedIn for any marketer or founder considering SEO, and his insights from Reddit posts informed a lot of the early stages of the Spyglasses Brand Audit tool.

Get clear, direct answers about our process, pricing, deliverables, and how we drive measurable pipeline growth for your business.
We spend the week analysing your SEO performance, technical setup, content library, search visibility, competitors and AI search presence. We look at where qualified demand is being captured, where it is being lost, and which commercial opportunities are currently underdeveloped. We also review your product positioning against search demand, priority buying stages and competitor coverage. The output is a prioritised view of what to fix, build and measure over the next six months.
No. The £3,500 diagnostic is a standalone strategy engagement, covering the analysis, recommendations and six-month action plan. We keep it separate from ongoing delivery so you can assess the findings and decide what level of support makes sense for your team. If you continue with GrowUp, the diagnostic becomes the starting point for your programme, giving the monthly work a defined set of priorities rather than restarting with another round of discovery.
We base the recommendation on what the diagnostic finds, your growth targets, current organic performance, internal resources and the amount of execution required. A smaller team may need a focused programme covering core SEO, content and attribution, while a larger SaaS business may need significantly more content production, link acquisition, AI search optimisation and commercial page work.
The scope required to run an effective search programme varies significantly between SaaS companies. Pricing can change based on the number of products and markets, existing content volume, technical complexity, publishing requirements, link acquisition, commercial page work and the level of strategic support needed. The ranges give you a realistic starting point without pretending every company needs the same amount of work. Your final scope and monthly fee are agreed after the diagnostic.
That depends on the programme, but monthly delivery can include SEO strategy, technical optimisation, commercial content, internal linking, link acquisition, AI search optimisation, conversion pages, reporting and revenue attribution.
AttributeIQ, our multi-touch attribution platform, is how we prove that SEO, content, and AI search are driving pipeline. We connect it directly to your GA4 property and HubSpot CRM, so every touchpoint in a buyer’s journey can be traced back to a closed-won deal. It’s included at no extra cost for every client during the engagement.
Minimal. We need one 60-minute kick-off with a subject-matter expert, then a 30-minute review per content piece. We handle research, drafting, optimisation, and publishing.
In some cases, we’ve seen clients start generating qualified demos within the first month, particularly when there are existing rankings and clear commercial opportunities to improve. For most SaaS companies, though, the bigger gains take time to compound. As technical improvements, content, links and commercial pages build authority together, we typically expect the strongest growth to develop over the first 6–9 months.
Yes. The diagnostic itself is a standalone one-week project. Many clients use it to validate our thinking before committing. If you want to go further without a long-term retainer, we also offer focused sprints around content, links, or AI visibility.
Book a 30-minute call and we’ll talk through your current search performance and growth priorities. From there, we can talk through the right level of GrowUp support and what that would involve.
